Maureen Sathra
NHA Administrator
My name is Maureen Sathra and I am the 
Administrator at LifeQuest Nursing Center! I graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Therapeutic Recreation. I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and I spent the first five years of my career as the Director of Recreation Therapy at a long term care facility specializing in spinal cord injury and ventilator care. My love and passion for ensuring the highest quality of life for residents in long term care facilities inspired me to get my Nursing Home Administrators License! I have been a Licensed Administrator since 2020 and my favorite part of the job is getting to work with all the residents and their families with one common goal- making each residents time in our care the very best it can be! During my time off you can find me watching the Phillies or at the park with my kids and our dog!
Stachein Nester
Director of Nursing (DON)
Stachein has been employed in the nursing
profession since 2006. During her career as a nursing professional, prior to working for LifeQuest, Stachein has gained experience working at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA, as a Staffed RN, Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA, as a Patient Care Manager in Nursing, Legend Of Allentown in Macungie, PA, as the Director Of Wellness, and also at Mosser Nursing And Rehabilitation Center in Trexlertown, PA, as ADON. Stachein has a passion to work with residents and ensure compassionate, quality care is provided to each and every one of them while working alongside dedicated staff that possess similar desires to accomplish the goal of positive outcomes. During her spare time, Stachein enjoys sharing her time with her children, seeking new adventures and making lasting memories.
Nicole Stemler
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Nicole has been a Registered Nurse since 2015. She spent the first four years of her nursing career in corrections, advancing to the DON at Berks County Jail in 2017. In 2019 she decided to change specialties and worked for the Red Cross as an apheresis nurse where she discovered her love for Geriatric patients. During Covid she worked as a SNF/LTC travel nurse working at several different facilities across the east coast as a RN Supervisor/Nurse manager, until settling down closer to home. Aside from spending time with her residents, she enjoys going on adventures and making memories with her three children, taking care of her (many) pets, kayaking, and being outdoors/in nature!
Lori McCarthy
Admissions Director
Lori has been in the healthcare field for the better part of 16 years, working in various roles in assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice care. She is a graduate from King’s College where she obtained a degree in Gerontology. Being able to work with the geriatric population and assist patients and families in their time of need is the reason why she has chosen this field of work.
In her downtime, she loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys listening to music.
She resides in the Lehigh Valley with her daughter. She has a cat, fish, and they are true animal lovers!
Elise Adler
HR Director
Elise has been in the HR field since 2001. She moved from NJ to PA in 2009 and has been employed at LifeQuest since 2010. Prior to her time at LifeQuest she was the HR Representative at B. Braun Medical in NJ, a medical device manufacturer.
Elise is passionate about Resident/Child care and quality customer service. She strives to help employees have a meaningful and gratifying experience while employed at LifeQuest.
She is an avid animal lover and enjoys listening to a wide range of music, you can always count her to know all the words to any song!
Elise resides in the Lehigh Valley.
Lynne Douglass
Director of Social Services
Lynne Douglass, our Director of Social Services, has been a social worker for more than 25 years. She has worked with the senior population at LifeQuest Nursing Center for the last 9 years.
Prior to her time at LifeQuest, Lynne held multiple leadership positions in the mental health system in West Virginia. She also has worked as a home care and hospice social worker in the Palm Springs, CA area.
Tara Croak
HR Coordinator
Tara was a former longtime employee of 12 years with LifeQuest in the role of Scheduler/Payroll Coordinator in the LifeQuest Nursing Center building. Tara returned to LifeQuest in 2021 as the Corporate HR Coordinator.
Tara is a team player who is always willing to help out. She is passionate and caring to Residents and employees. She enjoys listening to country music and relaxing with her dogs. She has 2 adult sons and 1 grandson along with 2 grand-dogs.
Tara resides in the Lehigh Valley with her husband.
Rick Vitti
Activities Director
Rick Vitti has been leading the Activities Department since 2007.
Rick is certified through the National Certification Council for Activities Professionals. He has over 20 years of experience in his field and has worked in New York, Florida and Pennsylvania.
Alyssa Mengel
Therapy Program Manager, Select Rehabilitation
Alyssa graduated from Lehigh Carbon Community College’s Occupational Therapy Assistant Program in 2011. She began working as a COTA in the rehab department at LifeQuest in 2012 and was promoted to Therapy program manager in 2020. She has ample experience with sub-acute and long-term rehabilitation, with additional knowledge in dementia training and positioning in wheelchair and other various seating devices.
Alyssa was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and is married with two children. People know her as being compassionate, creative and always having a smile on her face. She loves helping others, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
Alyssa and the rehabilitation team at LifeQuest are eager to assist patients in achieving their highest potential and enhancing their overall functional abilities.
Matt Linsenbigler
Director of Support Services
Matt has worked in the Healthcare 
field for over 15 years, working in Pharmacies, Hospitals, and Skilled Nursing facilities. He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley however moved to San Francisco for 5 years where he worked and eventually married my wife.
Matt traveled a lot for work and was able to see many amazing cities: Chicago, New Orleans, San Diego, Denver just to name a few. Traveling became tiresome and home was calling so he moved back to the Lehigh Valley and now live in Easton, PA with his wife Shannon and their pup, Jameson.
Matt likes to golf in his free time and always enjoys relaxing watching movies.
