Maria Fletcher
NHA Administrator

 

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. I graduated from Immaculata College in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in English and a Certificate in Theology.  When I graduated from college, I tried other careers but didn’t feel at home until I started my career in long term care in 1996. As soon as I began working in long term care, I felt at home.  My passion is serving the elderly. I became a Nursing Home Administrator in 2002 and have worked in a variety of diverse settings.   I love being a Nursing Home Administrator because no two days are the same and the people make the difference.

 

Wendy Hildenbrandt 
Director of Nursing (DON)
HILDENBRANDT WENDY

Wendy has been a registered nurse since obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Cedar Crest College in 1989. She has spent her career in long term care working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, Staff Development Coordinator, CNA instructor, Human Resource Development Coordinator and DON in both personal care and skilled care settings. She holds certificates as a Certified Dementia Care Partner and a Certified Nursing Director in Long Term Care. She has prior experience as a support group facilitator through the Alzheimer Association and in certifying neighborhoods through the Alzheimer Foundation in Excellence in Care. She has been an active member of PADONA for over 10 years.

 

 Georgette Najarian
ABC/DEF Unit Manager

Georgette  has over 40 years experience in nursing after graduating from St. Josephs Nursing School.  The last 20 years she worked in LTC as a Unit Manger, wound specialist and in infection control. 

Previous to LTC, Georgette worked in a hospital setting as a Unit Manger, critical care area, and the LVH Burn unit.   Georgette is an active member of APIC, an organization specializing in infection control.

When not at work she loves spending time with her 2 children and family.  She also loves reading and vacationing on the beach at the Outer Banks in NC.

 

Jeanine Lokay
Admissions Director

Jeanine has worked in the Healthcare industry for the past twenty years. She attended the University of Scranton from 1992-1995 where she majored in Nursing.  She then transferred to East Stroudsburg University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1997.  She continued her Post graduate work in the field of Public Health at ESU through 2003.

Jeanine began her career in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Sales Representative for Eli Lilly & Company and Aventis Pharmaceuticals.  She then served as a Physician Recruiter and Physician Liaison for Pocono Medical Center & St. Luke’s University Hospital and Health System, respectively.

Jeanine has worked in the Skilled nursing setting as an Admissions Director for twelve years.  She received her certification as a Personal Care Home Administrator in 2011 and recently worked in that capacity before joining Lifequest. 

Jeanine has two daughters currently attending college, and a ten year old son.  They reside in the Doylestown area.  Her interests include reading, music, cooking, and spending time with her children.

 

Elise Adler
HR Administrator

Elise has been in the HR field since 2001. She moved from NJ to PA in 2009 and has been employed at LifeQuest since 2010 as the HR Administrative Assistant, HR Coordinator and most recently promoted to the HR Administrator. Prior to her time at LifeQuest she was the HR Representative at B. Braun Medical in NJ, a medical device manufacturer.

Elise is passionate about Resident care and quality customer service. She enjoys assisting Residents and families and loves to bring a smile to their faces. She strives to help employees have a meaningful and gratifying experience while employed at LifeQuest.

Elise is an avid animal lover and enjoys listening to a wide range of music, you can always count her to know all the words to any song!

Elise resides in Leigh Valley.

 

Lynne Douglass
Director of Social ServicesLynne Douglass

Lynne Douglass, our Director of Social Services, has been a social worker for more than 25 years. She has worked with the senior population at LifeQuest Nursing Center for the last 9 years.

Prior to her time at LifeQuest, Lynne held multiple leadership positions in the mental health system in West Virginia. She also has worked as a home care and hospice social worker in the Palm Springs, CA area.

 

Rick VittiRick Vitti
Activities Director

Rick Vitti has been leading the Activities Department since 2007.

Rick is certified through the National Certification Council for Activities Professionals. He has over 20 years of experience in his field and has worked in New York, Florida and Pennsylvania.

Jon H. Schwartz, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Schwartz has practiced medicine in the Quakertown area for 35 years and is a partner in Quakertown Internal Medicine Associates. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, and recently has been certified as a Medical Director in long-term care by the American Medical Director’s Association.
Dr. Schwartz’s interests include helping his patients and their families navigate through the complex and challenging medical issues that are associated with aging.

Dr. Schwartz is a graduate of Lafayette College, Hahnemann Medical College at Drexel University and completed his residency at the University of Miami.

 

Jim FlahertyJim Flaherty
Rehab Manager, Select Rehab at LifeQuest

A 2007 graduate of Lehigh Carbon Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program, as well as 2016 graduate of Penn State University’s Nursing Home Administrator Program, Jim has spent the past 13 years of his professional career immersing himself in every aspect of physical rehabilitation. Whether you are recovering from an orthopedic surgical procedure, a neurological event, or a cardiac procedure, Jim and the rehabilitation team at LifeQuest are eager to assist in you in achieving all of your rehabilitative goals.

Thane Gehret
Director of Plant ServicesThane Gehret

Thane has worked in the skilled care, assisted living and independent living phases for almost ten years . As an electrician by trade, he brings a strong background in mechanical ability and project management. Thane takes pride in delivering the best environment to all residents. Outside of work.

Thane enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with his family. He lives in Fleetwood with his wife and three sons.

 

Matt Linsenbigler
Director Environmental Services (EVS)

Matt has worked in the Healthcare field for over 15 years, working in Pharmacies, Hospitals, and Skilled Nursing facilities. He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley however moved to San Francisco for 5 years where he worked and eventually married my wife.

Matt traveled a lot for work and was able to see many amazing cities: Chicago, New Orleans, San Diego, Denver just to name a few. Traveling became tiresome and home was calling so he moved back to the Lehigh Valley and now live in Easton, PA with his wife Shannon and their pup, Jameson.

Matt likes to golf in his free time and always enjoys relaxing watching movies.
